Tender

Sunday I left the Ensign on the couch after I was done reading it and later as I was cooking dinner I heard Boston playing with it. I turned around expecting to see him ripping pages from it {it happens!} but was met with this sight..
He made himself a cozy bed with his blankets and laid down for some light reading! Don't you just love moments like this as a mom?

I love this particular moment for two reasons.. 1) He's totally acting like an old man which is adorable and 2)Even though he can pick out President Monson and Jesus in pictures he clearly has no idea what he's looking at, yet when he does things like this it makes me stop and get a little teary-eyed. I want nothing more than to have my kids grow up with a strong testimony of the gospel and when he does little things like this or when he wants to talk about how nice Jesus is or says "Bye Prophet!" to President Monson's picture as we're walking out the door I feel like he's on the right track :)

You are such a good mommy :) Peekoo is so lucky to have a great mom and dad who know what's important and are teaching him right. Love that little guy and his mommy and daddy :)

There are few things cuter than when little kids lay on their backs and look at books! And the fact that he's looking at the Ensign makes it even better...what a cutie!
