Bundle up little guy!!!


It's officially day 1 of training for the Salt Lake marathon!!! I'm super excited for it! I've done a half before but this is my first whole marathon. I figure I better check it off my list before anymore little ones come...Anyone have any training tips? :)

GOOD FOR YOU!! You will love the experience (the day after the marathon is over:)). I can't wait to hear about it!
Here is my best training tip- I found that if i don't overtrain (run a billion miles a day) i get a faster time. I would run up hills or do sprints at a track and then run long on the weekends (like 10-15 miles). Oh and NEVER run the full 26 miles before the marathon, i think that is crazy and your body needs its rest days. look at me rambling...GOOD LUCK!!
