A few weeks ago, Boston started "blowing bubbles" with his baby food. He has gotten real good at making an absolute mess of himself!
At first it was just spitting the food out of his mouth, then it was spitting while bringing his hands to his mouth and spreading the spit-out food all over his face all in one quick movement.
So I started to cover his mouth immediately after I put the food in so he can't spit it out. I have to hand it to him, he's a smart cookie because now he doesn't even wait for the food the be in his mouth, he blows it off the spoon!
I have tried everything I can think of to get him to stop. So far singing to him while he eats and having zero reaction to the spitting has been the most successful deterrent. As frustrating as this recent phase is, I'll miss it when he stops... I mean, look how proud he is of his mess!

Kayla of course I remember you! I always wondered what happened to you guys! I take it you are still in Vegas? HOw are you guys? We live in Washington DC now. I miss Vegas soooooo much!
