My name is Mac...

...and I like to head butt my Mommy.
It was a whole lot of fun when I had my helmet to protect me! It didn't hurt and it made Mommy make funny sounds. But now my helmet went bye-bye and I'm starting to realize that the reason Mommy makes those funny sounding screams is because it kinda hurts.

I still think I'm soooo funny when I do it
The Dr. says that I should stop soon. I guess head butting is normal for babies who wear helmets. My Mommy hopes I stop before I knock her out! You see, I don't just bump her with my head...where's the fun in that? I like to wind up. I'll lean back as far as I can and tilt my head back. Then I use my strong tummy muscles to throw my entire weight at her (all 28lbs of me!) waiting until the the very last second to whip my head into it for an added bonus.
"Can't you see that it's coming when he starts to wind up and watch out?"
That's what Daddy asked Mommy one night. Silly Daddy! I decided that I needed to show him how sneaky I can be. I waited until he least expected it (just like I do with Mommy) then in less than 2 seconds I had pulled myself back, slingshotted forward, and CRACK!

Nailed it.

We pretty much love Disneyland

To say Rob and I love Disneyland is an understatement. We had season passes BEFORE we had kids and had even ditched Boston earlier in 2010 for a 5 day trip to Disney just the two of us. We may have felt a little guilty for that one ;)

So naturally we had to take him for his 2nd birthday. Coco wanted to come with us since it was Boston's first trip so with round 2 of season passes in hand we headed off to Cali!

See those 24 month clothes that he's wearing? Ya, 11 month old Mac wears those now and they're snug

The first night we went to our favorite Mexican restaurant in Downtown Disney and stopped by the Disney store to grab B a pair of personalized Mickey ears. A balloon guy at the restaurant made Boss a Buzz Lightyear ballon since he was obsessed with him.

One of my all-time favorite pics

The next day, Boston stayed with Coco and Rob and I snuck down to San Diego for his mission companion's wedding :)

Then the 4 days of fun began!

B's face cracks me up in this next one. This is what he looked like the entire trip! System overload.

Catch up time!

Remember when I promised that I was going to catch up....................and then didn't?

Well, now that I'm officially 2 years behind on my blog it's about time. So here we go!

October 2010
Boston turns 2!!!

We were still living with Rob's older brother, Bryan, while the house was being fixed from the fire. We started the day off with waffles and Jaye performing a "Happy Birthday Boston" concert

Then we got out the bounce house

Cake time!

He was so little!

The presents

Boston opened one present and then let the cousins take over the unwrapping duties.

I can't remember everything that he got but I remember he got Toy Story figures, the Buzz car, a Mickey Mouse tricycle, a helmet, and a few Disney shirts to wear for his 1st Disneyland trip the following week!!!

After we opened everything we took the Buzz car for a spin

Boss didn't want to let go of his Toy Story toys to steer. (He still plays with those toys!)

One of Bryan's neighbors walked out of her garage to wave hello. B stopped the car, stood up, and mean mugged her

After Boston got sick of driving his new car we finished the day off with some hot tubbing.
