Thanksgiving in Houston 2010

Ok, this one's not from Thanksgiving but it's cute and needed to be shared :)

Now for the Thanksgiving pics!
Rob's little brothers had a 2 day lacrosse tournament we got to go watch. (Steven is #84)

Peekoo found lacrosse boring so we kept busy playing in the trees and collecting acorns in our pockets

The entire trip he was either cuddling with Grandma J or Wilson

All of the boys are really good at ping-pong and play it non-stop when they get together.

Poor B spent the majority of the trip in his onsie seeing as how Mommy was silly enough to think Houston would be cold in late November and packed only winter clothes for him. Since moving here I have learned that 80 degree weather in Nov and Dec is not uncommon. It still feels so wrong though! haha

 Turkey Bowl!
Christian, Steven, Tyler, Rob, James (Tyler is Rob's bf, the rest are his little brothers)

Look who just got busted sneaking bites of turkey before dinner!

A trip to Houston wouldn't be complete without the Renaissance Festival.

This guy was hilarious! He rode around like this yelling "Hail Caesar!"

We got to meet Tyler's baby boy Kase

Our tired boy on the plane ride home.

On the car ride home from the airport Boston kept telling us how tired he was. We kept saying, "We're almost home". He finally gave up waiting and pulled his blanket over his head and passed out.

Moving back home Nov 2010

Back to catching up...
After we got back from Disneyland, it was time for some Halloween fun. Since we were still living with Rob's brother we went to his trunk-or-treat, then ours, plus ours friend's Halloween party. Boston loved it! Of course he insisted on wearing a different costume to each thing.

Bryan and Mel's trunk or treat

Halloween party at the park

Rob was on piƱata duty so B helped him out

Our trunk-or-treat.
We felt it was fitting that we be house fire victims and Boston our firefighter haha
We scorched some clothes and made these signs for our backs. Notice Rob's truckbed exploding and catching the house on fire. (that's what happened)

(Note my running mascara from crying over my poor, crispy house haha)

Little Boston Lightyear. He insisted on wearing this daily

Mid November the house was all fixed up and ready for us to move back home!!!Woohoo! Boston was so excited to see his toys again!

They hadn't replaced the carpets yet when we moved back in (they cleaned them but the smoke smell stayed) so all of our stuff had to stay like this for 5 days until they could come replace them. Longest 5 days of my life!!!

We couldn't set up the crib until after the carpet guys came so B slept in his pack-n-play. He was scared being in an empty room so he asked if all if his "friends" could sleep with him

What do you do with tons of empty boxes? Build a maze of course!

And then an awesome fort

1st shopping trip to re-buy all the random things=brutal

Ahhhhh it was good to be home!
But we weren't home long! A week after we moved back we packed up our stuff again and headed off to Texas for Thanksgiving.
